Our online support for young people provides a safe space for those who want to connect with peers, share their experience and difficulties they may be struggling with, and learn healthy coping behaviors. We currently have 2 virtual groups running for adolescents aged 13-17. Each group is 1 hour and runs for 6 weeks.
1. Emotional Regulation and Social Connection Group
What: A group for young people aged 13-17 who want to break isolation, connect with peers, support and strengthen change even when their surrounding environment remains uncertain, share experiences and difficulties they may be struggling with, and learn healthy coping behaviors.
When: Wednesday at 6:30pm UK time
Where: Zoom private group
Facilitator: Sofia Capria, M.Sc., CRC, CSI, A-CRA
2. Problematic issues with food and body image
What: A confidential group for those struggling with food restriction, anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, compulsive overeating, disordered eating or problems with food, body image and or exercise
When: Tuesdays at 6:30pm UK time (after you have had dinner)
Where: Zoom private group
