Psychodrama Psychotherapy Group

Group Psychotherapy

We are wounded in relationships and we also heal in relationships. We believe that one of the most healing things a person can experience is sitting in a room — or a space — where someone else says what you've been feeling but couldn't find the words for.

Our mission is to create exactly that. A place where authenticity is welcomed, vulnerability is safe, and connection replaces isolation. Where empathy isn't just offered — it's felt.

What to Expect

Our psychotherapy groups are confidential spaces where you can speak about what truly matters to you, with others who genuinely understand. No performance. No judgement. Just honest, supported conversation.

Groups are facilitated by an experienced psychotherapist, coach, and expert by experience — someone who brings both clinical training and lived understanding to the room.

We work with psychodrama — an approach that uses members of the group to represent the people, relationships, and situations closest to us in real life. By externalising what we carry internally, we begin to see ourselves more clearly. Emotions that may have been buried for years find space to surface — and in that, longstanding struggles can begin to shift.

Group Structure

Maximum 8 members per group, small enough for genuine connection, large enough for rich perspective.

Sessions are 2 hours, running across a full year.

Continuity is at the heart of how groups work — the relationships built over time are part of the healing.
