The idea of an intervention can feel overwhelming.
It doesn’t have to be, with the right compassionate assistance.
When people contact us they are in crisis. They are scared, tired, skeptical, and have exhausted numerous amounts of time and resources. They are desperate and need help intervening in the life and behavior of their loved one. As people in recovery, we understand what the identified loved one is going through and can talk from a place of personal experience, strength and hope.
Staging an intervention is one of the most effective ways to help someone struggling with an eating disorder, substance abuse or a destructive behavior.
We are trained in the Invitational Model, where family and friends invite their identified loved one to a family meeting whereby an intervention occurs. We work with families and friends before the intervention and provide support while your loved one or colleague is in treatment. We have visited over 250 treatment centers so we can find the right program and if necessary, offer post-intervention support and guidance.
Contact us if you feel ready to help your loved one find hope today.
We hired Hallie to do a family intervention in London and were very pleased with the results— not only did the identified patient go into treatment, Hallie was able to maintain an alliance with her throughout her treatment and be available to her for coaching when she returned home. This was an extraordinarily complex and difficult case and we were very impressed with how Hallie was able to collaborate with other professionals in order to achieve the best possible results.
