Therapy and Coaching

Virtual and In-person Psychotherapy & Coaching

Whatever you're carrying — whether it's trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, or simply the weight of not feeling like yourself — you don't have to navigate it alone. We offer both psychotherapy and coaching across a wide range of mental health and emotional wellbeing needs.

We work with individuals experiencing:

  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • Grief and loss
  • Antenatal and postpartum depression
  • Fertility challenges
  • Eating disorders — including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, orthorexia, and EDNOS
  • Substance use and addiction
  • ADHD
  • Depression and anxiety
  • Emotional regulation difficulties

How We Work

We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Our work draws on several evidence-based methods, chosen and adapted to suit the individual in front of us:

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) — Helps you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours, building practical tools for everyday life.

Psychoanalytic Therapy — Explores the deeper, often unconscious roots of how you think, feel, and relate — drawing connections between your past and your present.

Psychodrama — An experiential, action-based approach that moves beyond talk to help you explore and re-author your story in a dynamic, embodied way.

Together, these approaches allow us to meet you where you are — and move with you toward where you want to be.

What's the difference between therapy and coaching?

Psychotherapy is a deeper, reflective process — exploring the roots of how you think, feel, and relate to others. Working with a trained therapist, you'll begin to understand the patterns that have shaped you, and gently start to shift them.
Coaching is more present and future-focused. It's for those who want to identify clear goals, build new habits, and move forward with intention — supported by someone who holds you accountable and believes in what you're capable of.
Both share something important: a good therapist and a good coach can be a witness. Someone who holds a safe space to help you collect the dots — so you can connect them, and break the cycles that have kept you stuck.

Why coaching?

Bill Gates opened his 2013 TED Talk with five words: "Everyone needs a coach." He was right. High-performing individuals across every field — sport, business, finance — seek out coaches not because something is wrong, but because they want to be better. Emotional intelligence deserves the same investment.

A coach helps you identify the mental patterns holding you back, so you can move toward the freedom, clarity and confidence that's already within reach. You owe it to yourself to be the best version you can be.

"Offering help is courageous and compassionate — but so is asking for it."— Brené Brown

Hallie has been my coach for a little over a year now. When we met, I was binging and purging several times a day, and had very high body dysmorphia, and low self-esteem. Today I haven't binged and purged in over 9 months, I'm able to find things I like about myself, I'm out of debt, and I'm learning how to set and implement boundaries with others. I'm so grateful she is in my life. - Melissa
