We work in a multidisciplinary team model, with each professional providing a specific service to the client, working together toward specific goals. We work across multiple frameworks of recovery and help clients with a wide variety of activities and life skills. We support your assessment and treatment recommendations for your client, and will create a tailored care plan based on your information and our recommendation of the clients needs.   

We will communicate clearly and on a regular basis with you regarding the individual you refer to us. We believe in operating from a place of honesty and transparency to avoid team splitting, and to role model to the client and family healthy relationships and life and recovery skills.
