Our mission is to ignite authenticity and a space for human beings of different demographics to connect and feel safe to collectively be vulnerable in a way that helps reduce isolation and loneliness and provides empathy, encouragement, and support.
Virtual support groups are a confidential place where you can talk about what really matters to you with others that relate to your experiences. Meetings are led by certified coaches and or clinical professionals who have first-hand experience.
We are offering online support groups for a number of different issues and demographics, tailoring each to the specific needs of the individual. Each group is 1 hour long and runs for 6 weeks. Group size is a minimum of 3 people and maximum of 9.
A confidential support group for men and women ages 18+ struggling with food and body image issues.
Support group for those struggling with a problematic relationship to food.
To provide support during a time when physical connection with others is restricted.
A private, solution-focused space for couples to address difficulties in their relationships
A confidential, non-judgemental forum for men to discuss their current experiences.
A space for our fellow colleagues to come together in prayer and fellowship. (Free)
